Bookings are made with Adriatic Holidays Ltd (hereinafter called “the Company”), 1 Victor Street, Oxford, OX2 6BT, UK, and must be made out on the Company booking form duly signed and accompanied by the requisite deposit. If you decide to book flights through the Company, the payment for the flights will be requested immediately. Normally, this is non-refundable and non-changeable.
A deposit of 30%-50% of the full price of the holiday plus holiday insurance should accompany the completed and signed booking form. The balance of the payment for the holiday must be received five weeks prior to departure and the Lead Name on the booking form guarantees payment on behalf of all those people featured on the form.
Our prices are calculated on costings relevant at the end of the year prior to the season. Prices quoted in British Pounds are correct at the EURO/£ exchange rate as of the end of October 2004, but will vary throughout the year with the exchange rate. On booking a holiday, the exchange rate used will be the EURO/£ exchange rate on the day of booking.
